Bartending

We are fully licensed and insured to offer bartending services for any event. Bartending services are available for all of our catered events, as well as events in which we are not providing food. Our TIPS certified, professional bartending staff serves full open bars, cash bars, and beer, wine, and soda bars. Please see our Bar Packages for options and pricing.

Waitstaff

Want to do the cooking and still enjoy your party? We offer hourly waitstaff for any event. Relax while our experienced, professional staff does the heating, serving and clean-up.

Contract Foodservice

Fire Works Catering provides contract foodservice for local schools, businesses and institutions. We offer daily meal delivery services with customized menus for children or adults. Personal Chef Service

Fire Works Catering offers personal chef service. We prepare delicious meals for you and your family to enjoy in your home. We do the shopping and preparation, then package and store entire meals, complete with heating instructions, for you to enjoy at your leisure. We offer customized menus featuring a variety of healthy, mouthwatering dishes using the finest and freshest vegetables, top quality meats and fresh fish. Our menus are tailored to meet your tastes and dietary needs.

In Home Multi-Course Dinner Parties

Private Cooking Lessons

Enjoy learning cooking techniques, creating diverse cuisines, and sharing the delicious results with a guest. After discussing your goals and tastes, Chef Mark will develop a three course menu with you. Chef Mark will come to your home and teach you how to cook that lesson’s menu. Each menu includes an appetizer, entrée and a dessert designed to feature different cooking techniques. Each lesson includes hands on preparation and cooking. Chef Mark even serves the meal and cleans up the kitchen while you and your guest enjoy the meal!
